  • Helpdesk + AI estimate = seats × $85/mo (Intercom Advanced, annual billing) + tickets × 45% AI-resolved × $0.99 per outcome. List prices per ClearFeed's published breakdown as of July 2026; the 45% resolution share sits inside the 42–50% range public teardowns cite. Billed "outcomes" include assumed resolutions and handoffs (Aimdoc). Channel usage fees (SMS/WhatsApp/bulk email) are not included — real bills run higher.
  • Retention, engagement and voice lines are whatever you typed — we don't estimate other vendors' contracts.
  • PilotPM = the tier your ticket volume fits (its monthly price + $39/mo per seat beyond the included seats + $0.10/conversation past the included credits). Same numbers as the pricing page. Above 50k tickets/month, the figure shown is a ceiling estimate at Business-tier rates — Enterprise pricing is custom and typically lower.
