Honest Dev LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates PilotPM, a customer-support tool that businesses use to read and reply to messages their own customers send them — including messages sent through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. For that content the business is the data controller and PilotPM acts as its service provider. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, whether you messaged a business on one of those channels or you hold a PilotPM account directly.
If you sent a message to a business's Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number and that business uses PilotPM, a copy of your message may be stored in that business's PilotPM inbox so their support team can respond.
Because the business controls that data, the fastest route is to ask the business you contacted to delete your conversation. You can also ask us directly and we will delete it (or forward your request to the business): email support@pilotpm.ai with the details listed under How to request deletion below.
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your account information and the customer data in your workspace. To do so, email support@pilotpm.ai from the address on your account, or use the account-deletion option in your workspace admin.
We complete deletion within 30 days of verifying a request. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling window, so residual copies are removed shortly afterward. We may retain the minimum data required by law (for example, tax or fraud-investigation records), as described in our Privacy Policy.
